    - Class is Monday's at 6pm starting on 10/05/20. Dedicated to toning of your abs and glutes with targeted movements and cardio. Classes will focus on core strengthening to build muscles, and target your quads, hamstrings and glutes. You will be sent Zoom registration information at least 24 hours prior to class start time.

 Purchase of drop in classes is non-refundable and non-transferrable.  If purchasing a drop-in ticket please use this option at least 24 hours prior to class start time.  Checks cannot be accepted after two weeks.  Please contact Kim at kfarmer@milehighfitness.com to make arrangements.
