You have selected the Monthly Virtual Fitness Class Membership membership level.

We look forward to seeing you in class!  Registration begins 10/3/20 and all classes start week of 10/5/20.   Please read our refund policy and disclaimer below.

Butt  & Gutts  Mondays 6:00 MST

Dedicated to toning of your abs and glutes with targeted movements and cardio. Classes will focus on core strengthening to build muscles, and target your quads, hamstrings and glutes.

Yoga Wednesdays  7:00 AM MST

Express the art of yoga through body and mind, while reducing everyday stress. Progressive movement to increase flexibility and strength over time is introduced throughout each session. Various types of yoga may be offered depending on participant fitness levels including Vinyasa, Hatha, Nidra and more.

Zumba Saturdays 8:30AM MST

Hypnotic latin, pop and international rhythms and easy to follow moves create a dynamic dance fitness program that will blow you away.  No previous dance experience required.

 

Refund Policy and Disclaimer: This session and any unused parts of this session is non-refundable.  Payment will be made automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled prior to the start of your billing period.  Mile High Fitness and Wellness is not responsible for any injuries that you may incur as a result of participating in our classes.

The price for membership is $29.99 per Month after your 7 day trial.
