Disabled and Unconditioned Programs
The inactive population should incorporate at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or a combination of moderate and vigorous activity. While this population may not be conditioned enough to complete the entire amount, it is still a goal to strive for.
Disabled populations should strive to incorporate as much physical activity as is recommended by their physician with the help of trained personnel if necessary. While there may be limitations, movement is recommended for many benefits.
