    - Class is Wendesday's at 7am starting on 10/07/20. Express the art of yoga through body and mind, while reducing everyday stress. Progressive movement to increase flexibility and strength over time is introduced throughout each session. Various types of yoga may be offered depending on participant fitness levels including Vinyasa, Hatha, Nidra and more. You will be sent Zoom registration information at least 24 hours prior to class start time.

 Purchase of drop in classes is non-refundable and non-transferrable.  If purchasing a drop-in ticket please use this option at least 24 hours prior to class start time.  Checks cannot be accepted after two weeks.  Please contact Kim at kfarmer@milehighfitness.com to make arrangements.
