 Ideas for Fall Fitness

Fall is a great time to re-ignite and or continue a health and fitness program.  It is a perfect time to renew, rethink, and restart.  The clean, cool, crisp fall mornings can be the perfect environment for you to getting moving and enjoy the great outdoors.  Walk – make it a habit to walk during some point during your day.  In addition to helping you physically, walking can provide you time to clear your head and think.  Hike – burn mega-calories while increasing your elevation and really work your legs, not to mention it provides you the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful scenic views of nature.  Run – it is not too hot or too cold and you are able to elevate your heart rate while watching the leaves change color each time you head out the door.
