Fitness Instructor Job Summary

Under the direction of the fitness/wellness supervisor, perform duties related to instructing and leading individuals in fitness activities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
The goal of the Fitness Instructor is to effect positive change in people’s life style through exercise and wellness education.

Previous experience instructing group exercise and fitness/wellness programs in a corporate facility setting. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with participants, and co-workers. Ability to reason, problem solve and resolve conflicts effectively. Must have a good work ethic; be reliable, on time and dependable.

Instructs a variety of fitness classes. Ensures all possible safety measures are observed. Communicates and enforces facility and class policies and procedures. Responds to emergency situations as required and maintains accurate accident and incident reports. Provides excellent customer service, including interacting with participants to answer questions and resolve problems. Reports any issues and concerns to supervisor. Demonstrates fitness to perform all activities for the duration of the class.

Locations include all areas in Denver, Boulder, Ft Collins and surrounding areas.

Availability should include midday and/or after work hours.

Pay range depends on experience.

SPECIAL LICENSE, REGISTRATION, CERTIFICATE OR OTHER SPECIAL
REQUIREMENTS:
Must hold current fitness and CPR/First Aid certification, AFFA, NETA, ACE or equivalent group exercise certification. Zumba certification required for Zumba classes.  Yoga certification required for yoga classes.

Fitness Services Sales Representative Job Summary

Establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets

Calling on large and medium size enterprises to introduce our products and persuade them to utilize our services.

  • Follow up leads and referrals via phone and email
  • Research lead information to establish new customer relationships.
  • Track referrals and contact database for customer care and product expansion.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, and weekly work plans
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and to set your own hours.

Previous experience in Health/Wellness a plus

Prefer 1-2 years sales experience
