Classes explore yoga poses, breathing exercises, visual imagery and relaxation techniques while conveying lessons in self-expression, body image, social skills, positive thinking, and environmental awareness.

This session is non-refundable however your purchase may be used for other Mile High Fitness classes, services or products unless a minimum number of participants do not register in which case you will receive a refund.  Purchase of drop in classes is non-refundable and non-transferrable.  If purchasing a drop-in ticket please use this option at least 24 hours prior to class start time.
