We\’ve grown so accustomed as a society, to enjoying meat that many of us have forgotten, our bodies LOVE fruits and vegetables! We can thrive on these foods with other sources of protein too. That\’s a hard thing to remember when faced with a juicy cheeseburger, but in the long run, we\’ll be doing ourselves a much bigger favor by including lots of fruits and vegetables in our diet! “Children raised on fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes grow up to be slimmer and healthier and even live longer than their meat-eating friends.
